You pay in the app at the moment you book, by PromptPay, by card, or from your KickHub wallet. Nothing changes hands at the pitch, and there is nothing to settle afterwards.
In Bangkok
A game costs 180 to 300 THB, depending on the venue, the day and the time, and the same whichever way you pay. Scan the QR code, pay by card or use your wallet, and the spot is yours straight away.
The first spots in each game are the cheapest, so booking early pays. The exact price is always shown in the app before you confirm, so you never find out at checkout.
In Bali
A game costs 172,000 to 200,000 IDR, paid by card or from your KickHub wallet in the app. The first spots in each game are the cheapest.
The KickHub wallet
If you play regularly, top up your KickHub wallet once and book from your balance, with no payment step each time. A spot costs the same whichever way you pay; larger top-ups come with a bonus, and in Bangkok with partner perks, shown in the app before you top up. Wallet money does not expire, so there is no pressure to use it by a certain date.
What happens after you pay
You get a receipt by email and your spot is confirmed immediately. On the day, you check in through the app and show your booking to the organiser if they ask.
If something goes wrong with a payment
A card declined, a double charge, a payment that went through without the booking appearing. Message the support chat rather than paying again. We can see what happened on our side and fix it faster than a second attempt will.
Why there is no cash option
Paying in advance holds your spot properly, gives you a receipt, and means the organiser can spend the ten minutes before kick-off making balanced teams instead of counting money in the dark.
