How it works

  1. 1. You pick a date

Weeknight, weekend morning, or after a company event. We confirm a venue that matches your headcount and location.

  2. 2. We balance the teams

On the day, we mix levels so no one sits out and no team dominates. Bibs, ball, ref, water — all on us.

  3. 3. You get the photos

Within 48h: a clean photo album you can share internally or post on LinkedIn. Optional video edit on request.

Why companies pick us

  • Inclusive by default

Mixed-level rules mean a CFO and a junior intern enjoy the same match. No one is on the bench.

  • Single point of contact

You email one person. We handle venue, ref, gear, photos, and logistics. Nothing to chase.

  • Two cities, same standard

Run the same format in Bangkok or Bali. Useful if you have regional teams or an offsite.

  • Shareable output

Photos and an optional reel — content you can actually use in your internal comms or LinkedIn.

FAQ

Do players need to be experienced?

No. We run mixed-level sessions and balance the teams on the spot. Complete beginners and ex-academy players play the same match.

How long does a team building session last?

Standard sessions run 90 minutes on pitch plus 30 minutes for arrival, warm-up and group photo. Total on-site time is about 2 hours.

What if some employees don’t want to play?

We set up a sideline area with drinks and seating. Non-players still benefit from the social moment, and the post-match group dynamic is the same.

Do you provide everything?

Yes. Venue, bibs, ball, water, referee, and post-event photos. Employees only need shoes and athletic clothing.
