Waiver & Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

Player acknowledges inherent physical risks: sprains, fractures, collisions, heat illness, cardiac events, aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Participation is voluntary with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Medical Fitness

Player confirms they are in good physical health. KickHub does not screen for medical fitness. Sole responsibility lies with the player.

3. Release of Liability

Player releases Mondo Voyage Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, game organisers, and venue operators from all claims arising from injury, illness, death, or property loss during sessions. Applies to all venues, all times.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment

Player authorises KickHub staff to seek emergency medical treatment if player is unable to consent. Player bears all associated costs.

5. Indemnification

Player agrees to indemnify Released Parties from third-party claims arising from their conduct during sessions.

6. Personal Property

KickHub and venues not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Photography & Media

Player consents to photos/video being taken for KickHub promotional use. Opt-out by emailing ludovic@kickhub.app.

8. Voluntary Participation

Player confirms participation is voluntary, has read the waiver, and understands it is legally binding.
