KickHub (kickhub.app) is operated by Mondo Voyage Co., Ltd. By creating an account or booking a game, you agree to these Terms in full.
Must be 18+. Players under 18 may only participate accompanied by a registered adult who assumes full responsibility.
Confirmed only on successful payment. Prices in THB: from ฿199/game (pack), up to ฿280 (single ticket). Payment via Stripe — KickHub does not store card details. Booking confirmation sent by email.
Cancel up to 12 hours before kick-off → game credit applied to profile. Within 12 hours → no credit, no refund. Spot transfers allowed — contact ludovic@kickhub.app. KickHub-cancelled sessions → game credit within 24 hours. No cash refunds under any circumstances. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Respectful and sportsmanlike behaviour required. Aggressive conduct, abuse, dangerous play → immediate removal, no refund. Repeat offences → permanent ban. No alcohol or illegal substances.
Player is responsible for account security. No account sharing. KickHub may suspend accounts in breach of Terms.
Transactional emails and WhatsApp messages tied to account (bookings, updates). Marketing communications via email and/or WhatsApp (offers, new games) — opt-out anytime via unsubscribe link, WhatsApp reply, or ludovic@kickhub.app. Data processed under Thailand’s PDPA B.E. 2562. Third-party processors: Stripe (payments), Loop (email). Right to access, correct, or delete personal data — contact ludovic@kickhub.app.
KickHub may offer optional equipment rental (e.g. turf shoes) at the point of booking for a flat per-game fee. Equipment is provided on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts and must be returned at the end of the game. Normal wear and tear is included. The player is responsible for gross damage, soiling that cannot be cleaned, or failure to return the equipment, and agrees that KickHub may charge the replacement value of the item to the payment method on file. No-shows are not refunded. Rentals are a trial service and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

KickHub is a booking platform, not liable for player actions or venue conditions. Maximum liability capped at the value of the specific booking in question.
Updated terms posted on the platform. Continued use = acceptance.
Laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes via Thai courts or Thai Arbitration Institute.
