Can I get a refund if I cancel ?

Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before kick-off for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another player.

What happens if the game is cancelled ?

If we cancel a game (e.g. bad weather, not enough players), your credits are refunded automatically.

What skill level are the games ?

Our games are open to all levels — casual to semi-competitive. We mix players up to keep it balanced. If you can run and kick a ball, you're welcome.

How many players are in each game ?

Games are 6v6 or 7v7 depending on the venue. Each game has a maximum of 14–16 players. Spots are limited so book early.

What do I need to bring ?

Just yourself and football boots (or trainers — astroturf is fine). We provide bibs and you can rent some boots on the app. Bring water and arrive 10 minutes early.

Each session runs for 60 minutes of playing time. Arrive a few minutes early for warm-up and team allocation.

What is the Game Pass ?

The Game Pass lets you buy credits in bulk at a discount (5 games or Unlimited). Use credits to book any game instantly — no payment needed each time.

How do I create my player card ?

Sign up, go to your profile Settings tab, and customize your player attributes. The more games you play, the more points you earn to boost your stats.
