KickHub is a pickup football platform in Bangkok and Bali. You book a spot as an individual, turn up, and play, with no team and no season required. In Bangkok, games run across venues including POLO Football Park, OASIS, Hybrid Football Field and Soccer Pro, with full 11-a-side games at Hybrid. In Bali, games run at The Kick Off Arena in Canggu. More than 2,000 players from over 100 nationalities have joined, and all levels are welcome.
Each game in Bali is 172,000 IDR per player, around 10 USD. You pay online through the KickHub app when you book, so there is no cash to sort out on the day. Games run at The Kick Off Arena in Canggu, and the price is the same whichever session you pick. There is no membership and no minimum number of games. You pay only for the games you play, and all levels are welcome.
Our games are open to all levels, from complete beginners to semi-competitive players. Teams are mixed on the day to keep things balanced, so you will not be the only newcomer and you will not have to carry a game on your own. If you can run and kick a ball, you are welcome. The small-sided format helps: on a 6-a-side or 7-a-side pitch everyone gets plenty of touches, and individual mistakes are forgotten within seconds. Most people come as much for the community as the football, so there is no pressure to perform.
Most games are 6-a-side or 7-a-side depending on the venue, with a maximum of 14 to 16 players per game. Spots are limited, so it is worth booking early. Small-sided football keeps the pace high and means everyone gets plenty of touches. KickHub also runs full 11-a-side games at Hybrid Football Field in Bangkok, on a full-size synthetic pitch.
Bring yourself and football boots, or trainers, as astroturf is fine. We provide bibs, and you can rent boots through the app if you need them. Bring water, especially in the Bangkok and Bali heat, and arrive about 10 minutes early so teams can be sorted before kick-off. You do not need a matching kit or any prior experience, and most players just wear whatever they have.
Each session runs for 60 minutes of playing time. Arrive a few minutes early for warm-up and team allocation.
