No. KickHub games are paid in the app before you play, never in cash at the pitch. That applies in Bangkok and in Bali, at every venue, without exception.
How you actually pay
Everything happens when you book. In Bangkok you scan a PromptPay QR code or pay by card. In Bali you pay by card. Either way it takes a few seconds and your spot is confirmed straight away.
When you arrive, you show your booking to the organiser. That is the whole process at the pitch.
Why we do not take cash
Cash creates problems for everyone, and the person it hurts most is the organiser.
They would be carrying money at a pitch, counting it in the dark before kick-off, chasing the two people who forgot their wallet, and reconciling it afterwards. That is time they should spend making balanced teams and running a good game. It also means no receipt, no proof of booking, and no clean way to refund you if the match gets called off.
Paying in advance also holds your spot. A verbal promise to turn up with cash does not, which is how games end up short of players.
What you get instead
A payment receipt by email, a spot that is genuinely reserved, and an automatic refund in credits if we cancel the game or if you cancel more than twelve hours ahead.
If you cannot pay online
Message us before the game rather than turning up hoping to sort it out at the pitch. We would rather solve it in advance than have the organiser deal with it while eighteen people wait to start.
