Yes. When a game is full you can join the waitlist, and you take the first spot that frees up. You pay when you join the list, and if no spot opens you are refunded automatically.
How it works
Open the game in the app and join the waitlist. You pay for the spot at that moment, by card, PromptPay or game credits, exactly as you would for a normal booking.
You then hold a position in the queue. Position one is next in line.
What happens when a spot opens
Cancellations happen constantly, especially in the twenty-four hours before kick-off. The moment one lands, the first person on the list gets it.
You are told two ways at once, a WhatsApp or LINE message and an app notification. You do not need to be watching the app or refreshing anything.
If no spot opens
You are refunded automatically after the game, without having to ask. The refund lands as game credit on your balance, which you can put towards any other game and which does not expire.
Is it worth joining?
Usually yes. Plenty of waitlist spots convert, because someone always drops out. But it is a queue and not a guarantee, so if you need to be certain of playing, look for another game with spots still open rather than waiting on this one.
A tip that works
Join the waitlist for the game you actually want, then book a spot in a second game the same week as a backup. If the first one comes through, cancel the second more than twelve hours ahead and your credit comes straight back.
