Can I book a spot for a friend?

Yes. Add extra spots to your own booking and give their names. You pay for all of them together.

Yes. You can book more than one spot in the same game and add your friends' names as you do it. You pay for all of them in one go.

How to do it

Find the game, choose the number of spots you want, and add the name of each person you are bringing. Pay once, for the lot.

They do not need an account to be brought along this way, which makes it the easiest way to get someone to try a game without a sign-up first.

What they should know before turning up

Trainers, turf shoes or normal football boots, anything except bare feet. Ten to fifteen minutes early, because teams get made on arrival. A dry shirt for afterwards.

That is genuinely it. Water, bibs and the ball are all included in the price, so nobody needs to turn up carrying anything.

Cancelling a spot you booked for someone else

The same twelve-hour rule applies to every spot on the booking. More than twelve hours before kick-off, the credit comes back. Inside twelve hours, it does not.

If your friend drops out on the day, message us. Handing the spot to somebody else is decided case by case, but asking is always better than a no-show.

Getting them their own account

If they play again, get them to sign up properly. It gives them their own booking, their own player card, and their skill level goes into the profile the organiser uses to balance teams, which makes the game better for them.

Bringing a group

Four or more of you, and it is worth telling the organiser in advance through the support chat. Not because there is a rule about it, but because they will plan the teams differently if they know a block of five arriving together are all friends.
