Almost every suspension comes from repeated no-shows. Three in thirty days suspends the account for seven days. Nothing else happens automatically.
What counts as a no-show
Booking a spot and not turning up, without cancelling. Cancelling inside the twelve-hour window is not a no-show, it just costs you the credit.
Why we bother
A no-show is not a victimless miss. The spot was held, nobody else could take it, and the game goes ahead a player short. On a small-sided pitch, one missing player changes the game for everybody who did turn up.
Cancelling, even late, gives us a chance to fill it. That is the whole reason the rule exists.
What happens before a suspension
The first no-show gets a warning on the account. So does the second. Nothing is hidden and nothing arrives without notice.
Getting the account back
Suspensions run for seven days and lift on their own. There is nothing to pay and nothing to apply for. Credits on the account are untouched and still there afterwards.
The other reasons
Rare, and always tied to the Terms you agreed to when you signed up. Conduct that makes games unpleasant for other players, or misuse of the booking system. These are handled by a person, not by a rule, and you will hear from us before anything happens.
If you think it is a mistake
Message the support chat. Cancellations that did not register, a booking made by someone else on your account, a game you were told not to attend. We can see the history and we will fix it if it is wrong.
