What you'll do
- Take over from the chatbot: payment problems, refunds, complaints, special cases
- Fill games that aren't full: message regular players, post in the groups
- Run the player WhatsApp and LINE groups, and welcome new players after their first game
- Post each week's schedule and collect organiser feedback
- Build the group for each new city and support its City Operator
