What you'll do
- Daily: confirm pitch and organiser, fill games, run match day, send a 3-line report
- Weekly: plan the schedule 3 weeks ahead, post in local groups, message first-time players, pitch one venue or partner
- Monthly: review the city's numbers, add or drop time slots, train a new organiser, one local event in high season
