What the pitch is actually like

This matters more than most venue descriptions admit, because a bad surface ruins a game and bad lighting ends it early.

The Kick Off Arena is a latest-generation synthetic pitch, floodlit properly for evening football. There are changing rooms on site and parking, so arriving by scooter is straightforward.

It is open air with no roof. In practice that is fine for most of the year, and it means you are playing under the lights in the evening rather than in a warehouse. In wet season it does mean the occasional session gets interesting.

A note on the word futsal
