Small-sided football here is fast. You're always near the ball, scores are high, and a bad touch is forgotten in seconds. It's the easier way in if you haven't played in a while.
7 or 11: what actually changes
More than people expect. On the big pitch there's real ground to cover, positions mean something, and you'll feel it the next day. It rewards the player who can run all day rather than the one who can nutmeg someone in a phone box.
Neither is better. Most regulars at Hybrid end up doing both.
